Serene Hills is a luxury residential community nestled in the Texas Hill Country. Still using a non-responsive website to show off their million dollar homes, Serene Hills needed a website and marketing solution for a new era.
For the branding design and copy, we set out with the goal to tell a story of exploration, but within reach of your home. We used phrasing such as, "Out of the City, Into the Hills" and designed the website to show off the lifestyle with Masonry-directed photography and videography.
Pulling inspiration from their own surroundings, we designed & developed a responsive website built on Craft CMS that could scale with the community, and do the luxury homes justice.
One of the cornerstone development pieces for the new website was a custom-made interactive map showing the Serene Hills community lots that are still available, builders in each neighborhood, as well as homes in relation to the trails.
We also designed various collateral pieces for Serene Hills, including a custom die cut brochure, a t-shirt for the builders, and print advertising for the Austin American-Statesman, Rob Roy Magazine, Austin Fit Magazine, and more.
Along with a full redesign and development for the website, we also built out a marketing strategy that included a full-scale email and content calendar, PR strategy, event management proposal, PPC and social media management strategy, as well as a full SEO audit.
Serene Hills saw an immediate boost in traffic on both their website and social media platforms. With the audience now able to convert on mobile, engagement rates also increased as the responsive website opened Serene Hills to new opportunities.
