The first no-kill open admission shelter in Pennsylvania and Delaware, Brandywine Valley SPCA (BVSPCA) is dedicated to improving the lives of dogs, cats, and other critters with their animal placement, veterinary offerings, Pet Resort, and community service.
Making a paws-itive digital impact
With 43 animals in need coming through their doors daily, BVSPCA needed a state-of-the-art new website that could support their day-to-day business functions and facilitate pet adoptions while effectively communicating their life-saving story and mission.
Crafting a winning website with a cause
Masonry built a new website from scratch for BVSPCA on the latest Craft software platform that integrates seamlessly with their third-party adoption and donation softwares. Using strong visuals of animals and smiling faces from actual BVSPCA adoption events, this website makes a positive and lasting first impression. While prevalent CTAs, custom icons, and bold statistics help drive traffic to the donation and adoption pages.
Adopting a user-forward mindset
When it came to building out the website, we made sure that both the front end and back end were intuitive and easy to navigate. Website visitors can enjoy a rich yet straightforward user experience and web admins can post new events, blog posts, and announcements in minutes.
Unifying the user journey
For this project, we focused on identifying who BVSPCA is today and who their target audiences are. Then we crafted a web experience that guides site visitors to the key conversion points (adopting, volunteering, donating, vet services), while consistently telling their story.
Annual Mega Adoption Event
Masonry not only assisted in updating BVSPCA's signage and promotional materials to reflect their refreshed aesthetic, but also designed cohesive marketing collateral for various channels including social media, events, and print. These elements can be easily templated and reused, ensuring a consistent brand experience throughout, including their Annual Mega Adoption Event, which aims to find forever homes for a wide variety of pets in a festive atmosphere.
