Masonry is in need of an enthusiastic, ambitious, and detail-oriented Marketing Strategist to plan and implement campaigns relating to content marketing, event marketing, social media marketing, advertising, and analytics management for a variety of our clients.

As the Marketing Strategist, you will collaborate with our Design Director, Project Manager, and work directly with the Digital Director to coordinate and implement strategies within many stages of our ongoing campaigns. You will help develop, expand, and maintain our marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and interpret data from marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Twitter Analytics, Social Media Publishing apps, and more
  • Ability to craft informative and creative social content for all platforms
  • Examine and formulate 360 strategies for retainer clients, to be executed on daily, quarterly, monthly or on a yearly basis
  • Be able to effectively communicate both written and verbal strategies in pitches to clients
  • Perform market analysis and competitive research for new clients
  • Understand the in’s and out’s of white hat SEO strategies and be able to implement them as you see fit, or work directly with the Developer to implement as needed
  • Support the Project Manager in daily administrative tasks
  • Manage PR-related activities, including writing social media content for Masonry and clients, press releases, blogging for clients and Masonry blog, email marketing, website content updates and more
  • Prepare presentations and assist with brand management for all collateral pieces
  • Help organize upcoming events and advertising campaigns

Requirements:

  • Confident, ambitious, detail-oriented professional
  • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques, with an ability to pivot to a new strategy on the fly
  • 3 - 5 years of experience required
  • Must love dogs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Google Drive
  • Adobe Photoshop experience a plus
  • Moz experience and Hotjar experience is a plus
  • Thorough experience with online applications such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads, and more
  • A Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English or Business, or prior experience in related field
